This site is a complete redesign by Malcolm Locker of Lightsmith's Telford Web Design, part of Lightsmith's Photography, and re-uses some graphics from the original site. The redesign includes a totally new layout, use of CSS (requirements in the new Internet), a javascript-based newsbox and, importantly, secure e-commerce for online ordering and some encoded links. It has been tested against all major browsers.
The site is designed to run on a basic hosting package (server-side scripts, and associated costly hosting, are not needed).E-commerce elements can be created using a simple input table which outputs html code to drop in to the pages and enforces site structure.
The site is routinely maintained and updated by the shop owner using easy-to-use tools provided by the designer for e-commerce link creation.
The first site was created by Chris Rundle, who sorted out the domain name and hosting package and whose Labyrinths still appear here both on page headers and the background. Links to Chris's and Malcolm's websites are below.
Chris is a qualified Reiki Master/Teacher in the Western (Takata) Reiki tradition and also hand-crafts Raku Pottery.
